Hi Guys,

I am new here. I just filed my I29F for the K-1 visa. Thankfully I found this great website about 2 months ago and I have to say that the information and help found here is outstanding. So, I got my NOA 1 about 2 weeks ago and now the waiting game begins...

Anyway, I have a question regarding proof of the relationship. I only visited my fiancee once every year since 2009. I normally stayed one month with him. I wonder if this is enough or should I be worried?- I can't visit him more times because of my work and school (working toward my PhD). What do you guys think?

You should be ok. Just make sure that when the time comes for the visa interview he has ALL the pics that you guys took together, labelled with date and place taken. Plus proof of communication - phone records, email, skype or whatever you use. Good Luck!

Good documentation for the interview is paramount. Everyone who follows the guides and reads the posts generally does well. Worked for us. Good Luck.
