I am currently living with my wife In Indonesia I am a USC and she is Indonesian.

question On the I-864

I fill one out even though i have no income or tax returns at all for the past 3-5 years.

( was not REQUIRED to file due to low income ) I wrote out the letter explaining it and quoting the regulation.

since i have 0 income

My father will be a Joint sponsor for the situation so we will make out a separate I-864 for him as well,

Do I even list his stuff on my I-864 or just fill it out for myself with no one elses info included.

Should we make out an I-864a for my mother who is on SSI and my father is her Payee for her SSI.

They will also be using their house as a Supplemental asset they will have a relator friend make an assessment of value for it.

anything else or any tips for the i-864 stuff???

I am just printing out the forms for my family and my self ( the one for my self the information will stay current. )

for my mom and dad just printing it out and they will fill in the financial info for their selves with the time comes.

I also have all the explanation letters etc and even the immigrant visa application filled out and signed for by my wife. ( just have to wait for the Numbers to put in it hehe ) we are doing all this to save time and money.

So yeah any other tips or advice , i mail everything ( USCIS i-130 packet ) and (packet for nvc stuff later ) this week to them then they will send in the I-130 packet to USCIS in chicago Lockbox.
