We received approval on December 15.. and on Dec 16 our case was being forwarded to State Department...

We called every day and NVC has not received case yet..

Has anybody case been sent from USCIS to State Department in or around Dec 15? Has NVC received it yet?

What is the time frame for NVC to receive our package?

Hopefully they receive it soon

I was approved December 07, but as of today, NVC never received my petition. NVC will tell you 15 working days from your Notice date before NVC will review your issue.

Before I checked my email today, I called Vermont Service Center - they told me they have 30 days, to get your approved application to the NVC

Then I check my email today, and NVC instructed me that my petition is in enroute to the NVC.

Exactly what visa type will you be applying for, at NVC?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

What visa are you going to apply for?

I'm on a CR1 route, NOA2 approved Nov30, NVC received Dec12, NVC realized they received it on Dec16, and still waiting for it to be "entered into the system" and a case number assigned right now, more than a month after NOA2.

I-130 ...

called today and nothing yet.. was told that they have all my info (since is 2nd time thru NVC) and most likely will be shipped to Embassy if nothing else is needed once they receive it..

also was told that when i-130 is approved is usually 15 days for them to receive it, but since is 2nd time around, times might be a bit different..

Excellent.

Let me know if you can't find Ling Che, here on the Wiki page.
