I need help!!! I have no idea how many NSO certifications I need. Maybe I need to get 2 copies? One for the passport and one for the U.S. Embassy? How about my NBI clearance? Do I need more?

The embassy will ask for your birth certificate and CENOMAR issued by NSO. You also need one birth certificate for your passport application. For NBI clearance, you can use any valid government issued ID but if you don't have any you need NSO birth certificate as well.

A couple copies of the NBI and CENOMAR should be okay, but I would get a at least 4 copies of your birth certificate so you have a couple extra to bring with you when you fly to the states, never know when someone will want another copy down the road. Lot easier to get a few extra now then trying to get copies once you are state side.
