Hi I am a permanent resident for over 28 years. I am married to a citizen and have two daughters that were born in LA. I have a friend's wedding coming up in 4 months, which is in South Korea. I applied for a re-newel green card this august. The reason I am writing is to find out if I would get deported, due to past criminal record.

Age 16:Assaultlt with deadly weapon, burglarypossessionon of pcp...

Over 18: Domestic Violence, Reckless Driving both misdemeanor...

Can someone please help because I don't have the money to hire the money right now. I just wanted some advice on what to do.

How long ago was the "over 18" conviction? Did you ever renew your greencard since the last conviction> If yes, you are probably ok.

No I have not renewed the green card since...I went to visit Korea about ten years ago, and when I was coming back they clipped my green card and told me I had to renew it. My last conviction was a reckless driving which was over 7 years ago.
