Enough Evidence?

I will soon be filing ROC. Here is the list of evidence I have:

•12 photographs of me and my spouse

•Photocopies of Christmas cards addressed to both of us

•Photocopies of tax returns showing filing status as “Married” or “Married Filing Jointly”

•Photocopies of the lease showing me and my spouse's

•Photocopies of a joint bank account statements

•Photocopies of car insurance cards and statements

•Photocopies of life, dental insurance application forms to my employer, with the designation of beneficiary status to my spouse.

•Photocopies/printouts of my 401k plan, with the designation of beneficiary status to my spouse.

Is my evidence strong enough?

Looks great except for it's missing the (front & back) copy of your GC and a copy of both of your drivers licenses showing the same address, if available.You may also want to consider of sending a copy of both of your bank ATM cards showing the same account. I would think it might help as well.

Thanks a lot for reminding me about the copy of my GC. My spouse's driver license hasn't got the update address nor do we have an ATM card.... we only have a joint bank account. I will definitely consider that. Thanks again.
