Hello forum,

I am the 18 year old stepson of an american citizen, currently living in Germany, and I want to file a I-130 Form to go back to the USA. Me and my mother have lived there for five years (1998 - 2003).

They have married in the States a month after our arrival on a tourist visa in the same year of 1998.

Unfortunatly, we have unlawfully overstayed in the States so my mother has a 10 year inadmissablity (if that's how you say it) which expires in roughly one and a half years.

I however, was underage at that time and thus I am free to enter and leave the USA without any problem.

Now I am asking you if you have any exact information about process duration, exact fees (besides the 420 US Dollars filing fee) such as the Medical Check-up and so on.

I wish I could say that money is not a problem but unfortunatly I can't.

I have been advised to come here based on recommendations, so I really hope you can help to clarify me.

Thank you for your time.

you cannot file the i130, it's your stepfather that has to file for you. he has to file the i130, payment and documents. he petitions for you. check the guides.
