A I-797 form shows up in my mailbox today. I would assume this is a NOA2 because it says it is approved. Am I right ?

I really expected an RFE just because we always worry. This is shocking. Now we have to scramble because I am going back in 3 weeks.

I kept looking for NOA2 somewhere.. lol. I finally slowed down and read the "you are approved" line three times before I understood !

I can't modify the trip. Too many flights, too many hotels, too many charges. It's all booked already and paid for. I will fly her into Manila earlier to stay with me at the Marriot and we will go to the Medical together...that should be good at least.

90% of the interviews are done without the petittioner being in Manila from what I understand. Is that true ? Somebody ?

Understood! No problems at all with the interview as long as your fiance has all the required documents. Hopefully, you're able to hand carry

the I-134, employee letter, pay stubs, Tax Transcripts, divorce decree if applicable and anything else she will need. Good luck and safe trip!
