I-129F NOA2 : May 03, 2012 (126 days after NOA1)

NVC Received: May 15, 2012

NVC Sent: May 18, 2012

Embassy Received: May 21, 2012

Received Packet 3: May 22, 2012

Dropped Packet 3 at the embassy: May 29, 2012

Interview Date: July 03, 2012 APPROVED!

AOS Package Sent : December 01, 2012

NOA1 : December 14, 2011

Biometrics completed: January 14, 2013

Ooh yes, also, don't forget that Texas Service Center does not process I-129F's... yet there are a few people who's timelines still say they processed at Texas, if you check that on Igors list, there's a good few mid to late November petitions there. It's reasonable to assume that at least SOME of those are vermont

I played with the numbers too, and found that Vermont is working all the other petitions and have approved them. I guess they are saving all the I-129 F for last.

Awesome for December filers. It's an early December NOA1 too, so it looks like they're moving right along into the new month now. Hopefully, there will be many more approvals in the next couple of weeks.

1/13/12 - I-129F Petition Submitted to Dallas Lockbox

1/18/12 - Received at Vermont Service Center

1/20/12 - NOA1

1/24/12 - Touched

2/09/12 - Touched

8/02/12 - NOA2 (197 Days After Received at VSC)

8/14/12 - Received at NVC (Assigned Case Number)

8/16/12 - Departed from NVC

8/20/12 - Arrived in US Embassy Kiev

NOA1 : 12/12/2011 and my case was last updated on 12/23/2011... I check everyday to see if there is anything new and it's always the same.....hope we all get our approvals soon... Cause this anxiety has to go!

I keep thinking, if there are not that many fillers in December and January, then maybe everything will go faster now. According the the trend of less fillers in winter months.
