Guys can anyone please send me a link of what's next after noa 2? Yes, I've read the GUIDES, but it doesn't help you much....if anyone can illuminate me that would be greatly appreciated as I don't want to start a new thread....thank you! :dance:

Dec 22- I129F sent TSC
Dec 27- txt/email NOA1
Dec 29- NOA1 Hard Copy Received
May 31- RFE text/email...oh wells ....
June 05- RFE letter
June 06 - RFE sent
June 11- RFE received at CSC
June 15- NOA2!!!!!!!!!!! So great!!!!!!!
July 16- NVC Received Case
September 27 - Interview Approved
October 10- POE NEW YORK
November 17- Wedding day
December 24- AOS Package sent

I know the feeling. I called once the 1st week, once the 2nd week, and now this week I'll most likely call every day. =P I'll probably just end up disappointed when it goes beyond the "15 business days" and they still haven't received it. I see it's taking over a month for some people to confirm NVC got the petition, let alone get the case number. I'd better just settle in for a long haul... Knowing I have another long wait after finally getting NOA2 is horrible. )=

sigh.... i've been calling NVC everyday but it's just a disappointment. I called USCIS couple of times, once I got a rep that's clueless keeps giving me the wrong info, told me i had to wait 90 days for NVC since it's a I-130. HELLO! I had to correct him and told him it's actually a I-129F. So I had asked for a supervisor which is not so friendly and was very rude. OMG... these people thinks they are all that...grrr...... :bonk:

I maybe happy coz finally our paper is not taken for granted.. my fiance got a txt, and our case got rfe.. don't know yet what kind of rfe..

Called today, but they haven't received my petition yet. Told me to call back at the beginning of next week, but I'll call back Friday since that's exactly 15 business days. Not expecting much, but it never hurts to check. I'm sure it will be a few more weeks yet before I see an actual case number though.

Was yours one of the ones that got sent to the NRC?
