I-129F December Filers?

guys is it applicable to call uscis it's been 4 mos and 2weeks.. we're still waiting for our noa2..

do I have to say to my fiance to call uscis?? guys pls advice.. thanks!

I feel so blessed! I filed at the end of December, they received it in mere days and in turn I recieved NOA1 a few days after that! Received NOA2 exactly 5 months from NOA1, that has to be the hardest part. To just sit there and wait for something. I'm checking mails, emails, calling the USCIS, checking the website etc! But at the end of May, we found out that they sent our case to the NVC, and again, we find out in mere days that it's been sent to the embassy in my fiances country (Pakistan)! It's insane, it really is. We have packet 3, recieved early in the morning today via email and I suppose it'll take us atleast a week to assemble it all and have it posted since we were already prepared! *fingers crossed for more miracles* and good luck to you all too!

I don't think anything can be done until you've hit 5 months. I'm beyond that and still trying to be patient. I've been told by other members that even up to 6 months is still within average processing time.

I see..I'll just keep patiently waiting another 2 weeks to hit 5mos mark.. (sigh)

now I know this process is so frustrating and our life still on hold.. we can't move the way we want coz we've been waiting our noa2 to arrive!

I hope next week is our week! I hope to get the noa2 to start things out of the lists..

I'll just keep smiling while waiting for the big news! (oh positive, positive)

Just got a RFE...don't know how I should feel about this...but maybe it's something minor... at least my petition didn't get lost... oh I'm agitated until we get the letter in the mail.

first RFE asked for my passport photos, which I was assured by my attorney were included in the envelope. Send them in and 2 days later I get another RFE, don't know what for this time. FML

OMG... that's horrible! You definitely need to talk to your attorney about this :( Hopefully it's something else that can be resolved quickly.

Just got the NOA2 text at 1 AM tonight! =D Long wait for approval (170 days), but it's finally over! At least, this specific wait is over. More waiting to come. BUT, at least I can finally move forward now and make some progress!

I hope anyone else from December whose still waiting gets their NOA2 soon! It's so horrible to be stuck in that 5 month limbo, especially when it's gone beyond the 5 months. >_<
