It could be that they didn't feel that the evidence you originally submitted wasn't sufficient, usually this is the case.

When you send your information back, make sure it's overly robust, almost patronisingly so that a two year old could understand it. If you have an RFE iut's usually a sign that once you give then the information, you'll be approved in a few days....

On the subject of RFE's...

As you all know I've been going through a massive list I've amassed of December filers, but what I'm surprised at is the sheer number of these requests where people get RFE's. A reminder to everyone to make sure their data is robust!

The RFE's they requested were letters of intent to marry (These were both included with wet signatures), Proof of meeting in person in the last two years (We originally sent in photos with time stamps, plane tickets from our trip to Bali, plane tickets from me visiting her in Japan, future plane tickets for June to Japan, and credit card statements) and an explanation of how we met (we originally included a 2 page summary of how we met)

I am not sure how any of these original submissions were not sufficient, nor am I sure how much more evidence I may be able to add. Any Suggestions?

Thank you for your reply!.

already waited for 5 months.

it seems that none of the Dec filers got an approval yet.

I was also wondering why i was taken off the list all of a sudden?

got my NOA1 on 1 DEC.

Opps sorry I was looking through VSC instead of CSC.
