It's gona hit 2 weeks time today since we sent in the petition and they still didnt even cash the check and i can see that guys who sent after us already got NOA1 or at least got the check cashed... should i start worrying?

when did you send your I129F?

Did you have confirmation that it was received?

Tam_Tam are you sure you sent it to the right address? most of us received out our NOA 1 with in a few days of sending our application..

I hope everything is ok for you guys :)

when did you send your I129F?

Did you have confirmation that it was received?

sent it on December 23 w Priority mail but the guy didn't offer me to add the delivery confirmation and i didn't know that without it I would not be able to track priority mail!

do you think there is a chance it was lost in the mail?

08/07/2012 - NOA2 text & email (the happiest day of my life!)
08/11/2012 - NOA2 hard copy
08/16/2012 - received at NVC
08/20/2012 - left NVC
08/23/2012 - received at the US Embassy in Moscow
08/30/2012 - received a letter with instructions
10/30/2012 - interview - APPROVED!
02/20/2013 - POE Washington DC - planned but not done

08/28/2013 - visa renewed

10/27/2013 - POE NYC

12/06/2013 - married!

12/24/2013 - filed for AOS

I-129F sent off on December 12th. NOA1 dated December 23rd. Patiently waiting, slightly over a month now. Enjoying my stay on B2 visa till May 20th - thankfully, this makes the whole waiting process so much more bearable :)
