Gah, those numbers are disheartening. I guess it could be worse - CA could be still in September - but I am now anxiously checking every day. So tired of waiting!

Timeline:

Met online - 2005

Started dating - 2008

10 trips, 400+ days together - 2008-2012

NOA1, CVC - 14 December 2011

NOA2, CVC - 17 May 2012 (155 days)

File arrived at the NVC on 6/25/2012 - that's 5.5 weeks or so from the NOA2

NVC said that they sent it onward to Sydney on 7/2/2012

It's gona hit 2 weeks time today since we sent in the petition and they still didnt even cash the check and i can see that guys who sent after us already got NOA1 or at least got the check cashed... s

On one hand I feel very lucky to be with Vermont, but on the other, I feel utterly terrible for the people who are in the Cali service center because of how long they are taking. I expect I'll be one of the last in December that does get approved given we're right at the end, but I hope every one of you gets your approval soon! These wait times are simply horrible, and I'm sure in years to come when the process is that much more efficient they will wonder how we all coped! Then again, I can't say I'm coping, I'm bouncing off the walls and obsessing with the USCIS website.

Einstein said that Insanity was doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I'm clearly insane!

Hahaha, for the past two weeks, I've been checking the USCIS website and Igor's list at least 3 times a day! I'm really excited for all the December filers though since I know everything will happen soon. I am a bit jealous seeing all the approved Vermont filers on Igor's list be from December, but I know California can't be more than two weeks behind. I wish there could be some Congressional intervention that made this process go faster or perhaps more efficient - anyone on this forum planning on running for office? :D

Received Packet 3: May 22, 2012

Dropped Packet 3 at the embassy: May 29, 2012

Interview Date: July 03, 2012 APPROVED!

AOS Package Sent : December 01, 2012

NOA1 : December 14, 2011

Biometrics completed: January 14, 2013

Maybe I underestimated, hahaha. It's definitely been at least 3 times today and it's not even noon :P

I think we can say that we are all obsessed!! LOL but its all for a good cause!! the good thing is that this week is over!! one down and a few more to go!! :dancing:

you are all funny :) I am doing my best to keep my sanity. I try not to check more than once a day, I even try to skip a day.... My NOA1 was on Dec. 5. Must keep my hopes high.... :) Best of luck to everyone waiting :thumbs:

Yup! I'm hoping a few more get approved today, and next week... next week should be the end of December and the start of January!

Man, don't say that. I'm 12/14/11 and haven't heard a thing since NOA1. Am desperate to hear something this week...
