It's gona hit 2 weeks time today since we sent in the petition and they still didnt even cash the check and i can see that guys who sent after us already got NOA1 or at least got the check cashed... s

If anyone is interested, I have taken down all the dates for those people that got their NOA1's in December and worked out the number of days each of those that have been approved have taken.

On average, so far, everyone who had an NOA1 in December and has been approved, has been done so on average in 111.03 days. As the numbers grow this will get more accurate but, stay hopeful people! Any day now!

We're at 128 days now (if my math is right). This makes me hopeful - I'll cross my fingers we'll hear soon :)

Timeline:

Met online - 2005

Started dating - 2008

10 trips, 400+ days together - 2008-2012

NOA1, CVC - 14 December 2011

NOA2, CVC - 17 May 2012 (155 days)

File arrived at the NVC on 6/25/2012 - that's 5.5 weeks or so from the NOA2

NVC said that they sent it onward to Sydney on 7/2/2012

1/18/12 - Received at Vermont Service Center

1/20/12 - NOA1

1/24/12 - Touched

2/09/12 - Touched

8/02/12 - NOA2 (197 Days After Received at VSC)

8/14/12 - Received at NVC (Assigned Case Number)

8/16/12 - Departed from NVC

8/20/12 - Arrived in US Embassy Kiev

8/28/12 - Information Received from Embassy via mail

9/12/12 - Interview (Approved)

9/19/12 - Visa Received via Elin Ltd. (FedEx)

10/05/12 - POE

Slowly slipping into the fifth month of waiting.

Poor little slow CSC turtle not even sure which way to go :(

I'm on day 132. *sigh*

I would just love it if I could get my NOA2 before the end of the month!!! I wish CSC were as fast as VSC.

Uh... the processing times on the USCIS website for Vermont just updated K1 visas to 8.9 months... what the....

What the... I really hope it's an error. Remember last year and TPS granted to Haiti? And Al422 raging? We don't want Vermont Disservice Center again, do we?

But then again, Syria just got added to TPS...

I'm sure it's just a glitch, though.
