HI everyone! I filed I 129 f December 20,2011 at the Vermont service

Vermont received it January 6, 2012 and sent me the hard copy of receipt in mail

I look everyday on the site and my petition still says in initial review.

Does anyone know what month the Vermont office is working on now?

This waiting game is very nerve racking.

My fiance gets vacation time off in June,and was hoping to get married during that month.

I would not expect approval of your petition before May. However, if things pick up again, April might be a possibility..

i searched the net to see if vermont was fast and i read where a person changed the last few numbers on their receipt, to see if the ones before had past yet. I tried that and it showed the ones under mine had passed already, but theirs were a different type of petition.

On Igor's list for both Vermont and California Service Centers, I'm seeing October and November dates getting their NOA2 :) I'm hoping December filers don't have too much longer :)

We initially filed 12/09/2011 and received NOA 12/15/2011. According to Igor's list we shoud get the so much wanted approval in the next 2-4 weeks.

Filed November 24th received NOA1 Dec 2nd so am I Dec or Nov :) hopefully we will all get our approvals in April!!

Good Luck everyone! Hope we start hearing the good news by the beginning of April

Yeah. I hope so. I had my hopes for late march but VSC has slowed down a bit :(

However, I think April will be a good stressful month. I have a huge presentation due May 8th, so my mind will be occupied by preparing for this presentation and thiking about our NOA2 ....

I am ready, bring it on!

I was really hoping they would get to you guys in March too! I guess we have one week left so maybe they'll get on some of these December petitions! Something must have happened with them shifting some of the adjudicators to other visas right now. Hopefully they'll be back on track soon. It's seemed very very slow at VSC lately. I think this is the second week of few if any petition approvals...
