but i dont know wts ur meaning of submitted window.

'submitted window' is a time frame.

each document set has a window.

one window for IV

one window for AOS

can't send IV until you have the downloaded coversheet, which you can't get until IV has been noted as PAID, which can't even begin to be set until you actually PAY.

same for AOS .

so, if you have both coversheets, yer golden.

you can send in EITHER SET , one at a time.

no need to send both sets (IV and AOS) at same time, same day.

you can, if yer ready, but it's not required for 'same day'

my husband knows how to cook jiaozi, but he doesnt know how to make it.

but actually, he is very good at making sushi and sashimi cuz he is a sushi head chef in boston.

and he can make sashimi looks like french style..

i am really proud of his talents....

and if u have the opportunity to visit boston, and my husband and i also in there, u can let me know. i will ask my husband to show u..

ok..finally, post a picture about a dish he made for me..

ah, but venison jiaozi requires a buddy, a hunting buddy, willing to give you a shoulder of meat

Since yer in Canada, and it's moose-hunting season - moose would be just as nice, once you mince it properly

I'll take you up on yer Boston bit, bring my wife in for a sit-down and giggle.

I make a set of 300 jiaozi every holiday time when I'm not with my wife, give away to a homeless shelter. I have gear and space to cook outside - it's rather nice.

nope.

what IS a problem is the validity time span on the PCC.

IF you have an interview, 364 days or less, from 18 AUG 2011 forward, you'll be ok.

If your interview is AFTER 18 AUG 2011, you'll need a new PCC with white book translation.
