do i need to submit notarized birth certificate in pk 3

i am preparing my pk3 to send to nvcelectronic.

however, i am not sure if i need to scan my notarized birth certificate to nvc cuz i have submitted an original on when i applid i 130..

you've a white book, chinese notarial translation document, of the birth certificate?

if you follow instructions on EP and DS-261 intake -

you'll see that

1. you send a SCAN of the original and

2. you SHOW the original on interview day

It was a huge mistake to send the original with the I-130 packet.

when i was in middle school, my english teacher often used sb instead of somebody..

on yer white book translation of the birth certificate,

there will be two pages (at least) of english.

one is the translation of the birth certificate

the other is the translator's attestation page.

so - you need the right thing, for NVC, when doing NVC EP.

You have some time, that you don't know about (I'll explain in a moment)

for now, though - hey ! dig through yer hukuo book

and

engage with one of the family members in yer hukuo book

to

get into the office again (with THEIR hukuo book), get a new birth certificate

then have the white book properly generated. Anyone in yer hukuo book can get this document for you, can get the white book as well.

Once they've got this - have THEM scan all , in an internet cafe or copy shop, to PDF file (with the numerous pages)

and then email the pdf fileset to you

and then YOU can use that for EP at NVC. Should be able to finish up with this by Tuesday, if they start on Thursday morning.

Once they've emailed it to you , ask them to send it off via EMS to yer address in Canada. You need to show the original white book on interview day, so you have a bit of time to wait on the EMS package.

what's yer white books look like for police certificate?

you also need one for marriage certificate or divorce certificates?

i have asked my mother to help prepare this stuff

but the problem for me is that i will email financial documents and civil documents tomorrow.

so can i email the wrong birth certificate to nvc first and then get the correct one for interview?

i got two police certificates.. one is canada .. one is china...and both they are correct..i mean the china one has translator's attestation page..

my marriage certificate is issued in canada. so i dont need to notarize it...

it is my first marriage with my current husband. he too...

nothing wrong with you holding off on submitting the DS-261 documents for a few days. Wait on yer mama, la. Get the RIGHT white book nowish, submit when you have it.
