POE - Washington DC, just took 10 mins, no questions asked. They check the yellow packet and do fingerprinting, officer told me Green Card will arrive in 3 weeks.

Mean while officers stamp on the passport and visa will be my green card, If you want to go out of country before you get card.

Cheers

My husband had his interview on the 21st and he got approved!!! Yay!!! Thank God!!! Also, so grateful for all the support on this community, made it a lot easier!!

The interview itself was quick, they didn't ask for any proofs or not even to see the wedding album. He was just asked 3 q's. The Indian pre screener asked a few q's about his previous travels etc. Phew, thank God that this journey is finally coming to an end, so we all can start a new chapter with our significant others!!! :)

Congrats! My wife was also approved. Interview was on Feb 16th. Everything went smoothly - they asked her a few questions about me (job details, salary, address, family info etc). Nothing else was required - no proof. She was done in 2.5 hours and we were able to pick up the passport and docs the same evening at the VFS office in Mumbai. We arrived at Newark on Feb 26th and entry was also very smooth.

Thanks to everyone for their help! Now we will wait for SSN..

Congrats!! See that your spouse is here! Mine got here a few weeks ago and still no sign of the Green Card...he just received his SS card two days ago! Do you guys know how long it will take for the Green Card to arrive? Is there anything we should do? Who would I contact if I needed more info on that?

Any help would be appreciated! :)

Thanks
