Called NVC, she said just take the print out of the attachment and take it to interview.

There will not be any physical delivery of package 4.

I read that in the PDF interview letter. When I called to Medical people in Chennai, and I told him, do I have to take the print of NVC Interview Letter ( PDF )? They said, they need original one's photocopy. Could be they dont know what they are doing.

I will be emailing Embassy, Mumbai and checking the same.

Logically it doesnt make sense to send the physical copy.

Congratulations!

Just give a call to schedule your medical date. And you would need to pay the VFS fee and necessary doc before 10 days of your interview.

We wont receive anything from NVC or Embassy.

Package 3: Whatever it requires the doc, we already sent it with IV Package.

Package 4: Interview letter and instructions ( We already got an email from NVC ). So everything is fine.
