no im not the us citizen my wife she is us citizen

and yes before i fill up the i130 that store

Okay, you are the Beneficiary (hint Benef means one who benefit from)

Yes, you told your wife before filling the I130, SO WHAT WAS THE GAME PLAN ON THIS INFORMATION?

Where you just held or were you arrested, since this was in your country, most on VJ will not be able to answer unless you tell us.

If you were arrested then it should show up on the Police report. Tell the truth at the interview.

Answer the question truthfully. Have you ever been arrested? Yes or No

BTW typing in CAPPS don't change the answer.

If you want to tell the truth you need to answer yes, If you want to lie just remember that if you are caught you will be inadmissible for material misrepresentation.

You were arrested. You spent 5 days in jail and then released. You were not convicted. Your "record" is clean. Am I correct on this?

So...to answer your question..you must answer yes. You were arrested. That is the truth. Maybe what the police gave you says you are clean but I can almost promise you THEY still have a record of you being in jail. And if you answer no, and the embassy finds THEIR record, then you will be found guilty of lying and a possible denial will happen.

all choices you make in this process have consequences. people are telling you of what will be coming your way if you choose to tell a 'half-truth'. your record may be 'clean', but it's not spotless. there are fairly extensive background checks (especially for egpyt) throughout this whole process. your arrest will come up. it's on the radar.

and id suggest you act slightly more grateful for the free, honest and sensible advice given by members of VJ, instead of YELLING when they dont say what you want them to say.
