My husband is not working since sept 2009 but he said he filed for his taxes. My husband is here in the Philippines with me and we are planning to have DCF route. We have questions and expect for definite answers so we won't encounter problems during the application processing. Can we still apply and get co-sponsor? are we still qualified though my husband is not working.

Yes, co-sponsors are allowed for spousal visas.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
