July 2nd 2006: Marriage ceremony

Oct 10th 2006:Received Green Card

REMOVING CONDITIONS

August 12th 2008: Sent I 751 to CSC

Dec 5th 2008: Green Card in the mail

NATURALIZATION

Dec 4th: Sent N 400

March 18th: Interview

May 24th 2011: Oath in Minneapolis. Journey is over.

Thanks everyone. We were up pretty late last night due to moving and such, so Keith and I decided to sleep in. I ended up sleeping longer and got woken up by Keith jumping on the bed with the laptop shouting "YOU JUST GOT AN EMAIL FROM CRIS!!!!" i was (completely out of it) thinking "Cris who?" lol but then I realized what he was talking about and ta da! There it was! Good thing I notified them yesterday about the address change right before I moved.

Its such a huge relief.... good luck to everyone still waiting!

P.s. I'm starting to wonder something, it was mentioned to me someone called to inquire about their case in Cali then got approved, I called them yesterday to change my address, then got approved. It's almost like they go "Oh #######! We forgot about them!" lol

07-22-2006 Sent mail to Chicago for AOS (Sat).

07-29-2006 Received NOA....They got my doc!

08-01-2006 $395 check was cashed.

08-03-2006 Recieved ASC Appointment notice for 08-10-2006, 11AM.

08-10-2006 Biometric done...just 5 mins.Great service at naperville APC.

08-24-2006 Recieved a RFE by e-mail... Grrrr what 's going on? (notice mailed on Aug 23).

08-26-2006 Recieved a RFE mail for I-864...

08-26-2006 Mailed 4506-T to IRS (Never return back till 10-04)..Why I like to mail things on Sat?

08-28-2006 Husband called IRS for another tax transcript request (I'm glad we called).

09-11-2006 Recieved tax transcript, gathered my RFE package and mailed all back to USCIS.

09-19-2006 USCIS got RFE's package on 09-18

09-20-2006 Email states USCIS has transfered my case to CSC on 09-19

09-23-2006 Email states CSC got our case on 09-22.

09-24-2006 Snail mail says they have transfered my case.

09-25-2006 , 09-26, 09-28 Touched

10-20-2006 Email states your case was approved!!!!

Now: Waiting for the REAL GREEN CARD IN HAND

Congrats!

I have a question is it common for people to get approved without an interview? How come some people have interviews and some don't?
