Hello all i need some information regarding the Green Card Revoked the Behalf of my Friend One of My Friend he is From Pakistan he got Married in 2006 with an Amrican Citizen Girl and she is belonge from Ma Friend Family she sponser her i-30 Petition for him in 2009 he came to usa as an immigrant visa he got 10 yaers green card the mariage is not worked out his wife file a divorce for him and he get divorce now my friend is planing to go to pakistan for visit but his wife Threat him if u go u never come back bec she want to Revoked his 10 yaers green card :( my friend is already divorced and he is scared to travel to pakistan bec of her wife is threating him Did any knows the 10 yaers green card has been revoked from INS for any complain ? i am very thakful to any 1 gave me the response

Please do not resurrect topics from 2009. Start your own thread with your questions.

This is not an ROC issue either because he already has a 10 year card and does not have to remove conditions.

The friend of yours has nothing to worry about, he has his 10 year card and no one can do anything to him to have his revoked.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

She can't revoke his green card. She is just trying to scare him. He should cut off contact with her and not tell her his plans because it's not her business.

Wise_Hawk..... your friends Ex wife cannot do a single thing!!!! Now that he is divorced and has his GC he can do whatever he wants and go wherever he wants without any worry that his status will be revoked! Looks like the Ex is very jealous that he is doing well for himself! Tell him to enjoy the trip back home!

04/05/17... Paid the $120 Immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee online today (Also eligible to pay the $325 Fee but will wait before doing so...)

April-August... Took a break from the process in order to move back from USVI to mainland USA.

08/07/17... Paid the IV Fees for both my parents ($325 each) today

08/23/17... Called NVC because payment still showing "In Process", was advised to email proof of payment to have them manually correct it

08/24/17... CEAC website shows "Paid" and can now have parents' DS-260 forms filled in.

The only reason USCIS would revoke a 10 year green card is material misrepresentation, fraudulent marriage, being charged for a serious criminal offence or involvement in terrorist activities. All of these would require a court case before your friend could be deported.

Unless the ex-wife has evidence of any of the above regarding your friend, I'd have him tell her to do a little more reading and a lot less talking. Your friend is at liberty to visit anywhere in the world his passport/visa allows. Just make sure he knows about the requirement for a re-entry visa if he intends being out of the US for over a year. :)

well i dont have any idea yyyy he is scared but just want to know caus i have no idea 10 yaers green card is revoked but i hraed that its not and ma friend is not any crimnal activies i dont know yyyy he is scared to travel

and ma friend want to check the status online is his gc is valid or no so
