Interview scheduled for 4/19.

Please post your experience about your interview, I have an interview in Atlanta and would love to know about your experience.

Day 01: 09 Feb 2012, Sent I-130, I-485, I-765.

Day 03: 11 Feb 2012, Package received at Chicago Lockbox.

Day 08: 16 Feb 2012, Email of acceptance, application being sent to NBC.

Day 10: 18 Feb 2012, $1070 check cashed.

Day 10: 18 Feb 2012, $420 check cashed.

Day 10: 27 Feb 2012, I-797C NOA

Day 19: 28 Feb 2012, Received RFE through email alert.

Day 30: 09 March 2012, RFE response sent.

Day 35: 14 March 2012, RFE response received by USCIS.

Day 42: 21 March 2012, Biometrics Appointment.

Day 62: 10 April 2012, Email about EAD card in production.

Day 64: 12 April 2012, Email received for interview on May 17th.

Day 98: 17 May 2012, Interview and approved on the spot.

Green Card in hand!

AOS package sent in JAN 2012.

RFE received [for I 864] in FEB,

lawyer responded [uSCIS updated

receipt of RFE],

we [me and my spouse] mailed our own

responce to RFE, which also was

updated on USCIS in early MAR.

No further LUD or updates at the moment.

No sign of anything! I'm starting to get worried! Have a job opportunity and they don't touch my case since January 27! Filed in December 27 but forgot to sign a paper and it was rejected! They sent me back and I signed. The NOA1 got here with the January 23 date! Biometrics done February 22 and since that NOTHING!! Is anyone in the same??

According to my timeline, you're like 2 and a half weeks behind me, so be patient.

@ATL office

1/06/2012: I-130, I-485, I-756 filed

1/09/2012: NOA

2/14/2012: Biometrics taken

3/09/2012: EAD received

4/19/2012: Interviewed, approved on the spot

4/28/2012: Card received

Are there any filers with Baltimore, MD local office?

How long after EAD (or Bio or Priority date) did you receive Int. Letter?

Had anyone who filed in Jan receive I.L. yet?

I notice some local offices schedule interview faster than EAD, lucky applicants :)

Anyone from Baltimore, MD office ?

we are also january filers...in vermont,,,

ead card has been received just waiting to hear about an interview date so i was very glad to read some people are being sent interview letters

hopefully not much longer!!

I got text/email for EAD/AP approval. Waiting for IL now.

Mine is still relatively early in process ( Baltimore, MD shows July priority dates with last update on December 2011 , so assuming they have the same time period now my interview could be scheduled anywhere by May and it's only March now).

But I was curious if a poster above got an email update before IL , because it seems from the timeline like they had 'card ordered into production' email/text and then got EAD and IL in mail , with the interval of couple of days and without any email/text notification.

In any event, my local office is in different district and it is not likely to schedule an interview anytime soon. Just being curious and impatient, like a lot of applicants are :)

P.S. Any Baltimore, MD filers on this board?

Did you get email notifications of IL before receiving it?

I got text/email for EAD/AP approval. Waiting for IL now.

I didn't receive a text/email notification until after my IL arrived in the mail. It was actually in the late afternoon later that day. When it arrived, I thought it was my EAD/AP so I surprised!

I imagine next week others who have EAD/AP approval should start getting interview letters.
