Hell All,

I think I can expedite I-130 for my wife based on some humanitarian/religious situations. I am going to file I130. could you please let me know What should I do now:

#1. Do I send a letter with I130 to USCIS explaining adverse humanitarian/religious situations?

#2. Send I130 first and then call USCIS to explain expedite criteria?

Does anyone have any experience in this regard?

Thanks for your help.

A letter wont work. You need proof with the letter.

You can send the letter requesting the expedite and why with all of the proof as to why with the original petition or you can send the petition and try to request it later on.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I was granted an expedite for humanitarian reasons. You must submit your i-13o first and when you receive NOA1, call the uscis and request an expedite. they will then email you the info they need, which I faxed to them.

Hi talean nawaz,

Thanks for your info,

Could you please tell me on what ground you granted an expedite(if you don't mind), it is sectarian violence in Pakistan? or something else? I have a

friend from Lahore and he told me all this. because I am going to do the same.

Thanks

hey all,

we send our I-130 this december, got e-notification that the package was delivered to USCIS but still not the hardcopy. we added expedite letter along with the package, but i really think the evidences is not enough, we were very anxious to send it quickly. please anyone can tell me, if they found the evidences not enough, if they will ask for more evidences or just deny the request and if they deny it, will they say it by email or just keep us waiting.

or should i send another expedite letter with enough evidences after we get NOA1 hardcopy.

good luck to you all.

No one can tell you anything, you must speak to USCIS. Each expedite case is of its own differences and only USCIS knows the straight answer about your case request.

If you have already filed your application or petition:

You can make an expedite request by contacting the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283. The NCSC will take a “service request” and forward your expedite request to the office with jurisdiction over the application or petition. You also have the options of 1). visiting your local office by scheduling an InfoPass appointment or 2). writing a letter to the local office or service center.

I wrote a letter requesting an expedite to the California Service Center (Laguna Niguel, CA)

after I received the NOA1. Unfortunately, they sent back a letter pretty much telling me

to wait my turn ... but the letter was from the desk of the director ... so a real human

being did review it :star:
