I am a Canadian filling out my I-485 for an AOS. In part 3. Processing Information, I'm looking for my Nonimmigrant Visa Number, Consulate Where Visa Was Issued and Date Visa was Issued.

I entered the US in Sep 2007 on an F-1 for school. I've since come and gone many times, thus accumulating several F-1 stamps. In 2009 I had a child with my girlfriend from school and on Oct 21, 2011 we were married in the US. I graduated in Dec 2010 and began Post Completion OPT in Feb 2011 that expires Feb 2012. Over Christmas we went to Canada and re-entered on 12/25/2011 where upon I was issued a parole status of 6 months with the purpose noted in my passport on a new I-94 "humantarian", with the reason given that I was no longer a non-immigrant since we married and could not enter under my F-1. However, they left my existing I-94 in my passport and returned my I-20.

Is my visa number the number that border patrol has written under my F-1 stamp? If so which stamp would I use, the most recent or the original? And would I enter NA for the consulate where visa was issued since it was issued at the border or the port of entry?

Appreciate any help and hope the information provided is sufficient
