i don't know how long it will take for January AOS 2012???

Nope. Nor me. Nothing on my case either. Not a peep! When I called about my lost application back in March, "Officer Lin" (very rude she was too), told me that the process was currently taking around eight months from initial application. Seems she may have been right! Grrrr.

Hey guys!!! No real updates here, I called USCIS today to change my address and stuff and also asked about my AOS. It happens that supposedly the regional office that is with my application is working on cases dated from January 2nd and to put a service request on it I still have to wait 23 more days. Oh well, huh? Hope it comes very soon...

On a different note, we are more than happy to announce that we bought our first house!!! :dance: I love it, husband loves it and its all great! Finally married life has a meaning to us. How is everybody doing?

Congratulations on your first house. I am sure all remaining January filers will go green very soon. We have an interview next Tuesday.

Im starting to get really frustrated when I see cases that were transferred to the CSC in April, May, and even June that are getting their AOS's approved! How can those cases get approved when we still have November-january cases sitting there??

01/03/2012 Sent Package for I-485 and I-131
