NOA2 last week...ok what's next?

What really sucks is Diana was a RN at a hospital in Egypt last year for over 6 months, so she has to get a police record clearance. She's gone the the Egyptian consulate to request such, but they need a letter from the US Embassy saying its needed by them for Visa processing, and the US Embassy in Manila won't issue the letter till they get the MNL case number, which is what we are waiting for now.

The main this is it will delay this process, and with all the turmoil in Cairo lord knows how long a request like this will take.

Yes She definitely will need that! Main thing is you started on it Already, so thats a good thing!

Congratulations Ron & Diana on your NOA2...I remember when you first started....that doesn't seem like all that long ago. Glad you didn't hire that attorney and you used VJ. All the best to you and Diana this New Year. God bless you both and good luck with everything,xoxo.

Hey Ben, yes it has actually been pretty quick to the NOA2, so I can't complain really, lol, but any delay sorta sucks...but we will deal with it as we have the whole process, promptly and correctly, as best we can.

Yes, thanks to you guys we did not get a lawyer and I bet if we did we would still be waiting on the NOA2.

As its the holidays, our NOA2 was approved on 28th Dec, but have not received it in the mail, what does it contain? A copy of our docs have been sent to NVC then I take it? I know the NOA2 states what our next steps are, but as I don't have it in my grubby hands yet, what he heck is in it? Can we do anything in the mean time? As post office is closed on Monday, I hope it arrives on tues for sure.
