Wow NVC is moving your case right along!! I'm a day behind you I'm hoping my invoice post soon. As of yesterday I've when I sign in I'm getting sign in fail..

My AOS fee changed to paid today too and i printed the AOS Bar coded over sheet and i m on my way to the post office to send it off to NVC..

The invoice for the 404 USD IV Application Processing Fees also appeared when i logged into the payment portal but when i tried to click the select box to see if i should pay it ,the select box was not active.IS THIS A NORMAL THING????....When do i know its time to pay the IV Application Processing Fees

It was available 1 day after I paid the AOS fee. So give it a little time or another day.

It is normal for 1-3 days

So I emailed the DS-3032 form before the AOS bill was generated. I just got an email notifying me to pay the AOS bill and to submit DS-3032. I also got an email with similar information addressed to my husband. Did they receive my DS-3032 already and that's why I'm getting his emails? Or am I supposed to email the DS-3032 again? Or are they a little behind in clearing out the email inbox?

I just noticed that NVC spelled my husband's middle name wrong

Im gonna email them to have them correct it, I wonder if this is gonna cause any delay?

I called NVC today and they give me my case number & IIN. Thank God! But we are still waiting for my sons case number. They still didn't receive the case of my son. Is this normal? My son and I were approved on the same date at USCIS last Dec. 16, 2011.

That's good to hear (that you got one, at least). Our NOA2 was Dec. 17, and we're still waiting for our case number.

I have a sudden question coming to my mind: does the photocopy requirement at NVC include the forms?? Should my husband send the AOS form plus a copy of it?

Nope, you don't need to include photocopies of the AOS document.

Copies are only needed for the IV package and it's just for the original/certified copy of the birth and marriage certificates.

Just to make sure, did you get your DS-3032 approval email?

It'll probably be available to be paid within the next few days. Just keep checking as often as you can.

The email you got is what I call the initial information package. It's not in connection with the DS-3032 email you sent. When your DS-3032 is approved, they'll reply to your sent email and it'll say something along the lines that it was received and your file was updated. Do NOT send the DS-3032 again.

I would suggest emailing the DS-3032. There's nothing to download though. You just send an email. Follow the link in the first post in this thread for the DS-3032 email template.
