NVC still has not generated the AOS invoice and Visa App invoice!

I sent my DS-3032 already...

Since you just got your case number on Friday, it hasn't even been three, full business days. You have to have a little bit of patience on the AOS bill. It will be invoiced soon. Just keep checking the payment portal.

And as alizon said, the DS-3032 is connected with the IV bill, not the AOS. Once NVC accepts your DS-3032 (which will also be a few days), then the IV bill will be invoiced shortly afterward.

While you're waiting though, make sure all packages are ready to go. Do you have the envelopes bought already? The stamps? Do you have all the papers printed, signed, and dated? Is everything in order? There is LOTS to do while you wait.

I woke up this morning to find the interview letter in my email :dance:

It's March 27, a little later than I expected, I was hoping for an early March date, but hey, happy dance!! :dancing:

Grats on the case complete! I'd really really really appreciate it if you filled in your timeline! I can then add your timeticks to my NVC processing times spreadsheet. It'd also help many other members!

As for the PCC, I would suggest contacting three places: NVC, DOS, and the French consulate/embassy. Explain your situation and the letter above, and see what they have to say. Then report back

Did you call up an operator or the AVR to find out what date the package was sent out on?

See, for the AOS package, you have TWO options on how to send in tax information.

Either:

-tax transcripts (preferred by NVC)

OR

-1040s, W2s, and any other schedules, if applicable

So if your husband submitted just the 1040s, but not the W2s, that would generate an RFE. If he submitted just the W2s, and not the 1040s, that would generate an RFE. He has to send both. Or even better, he should get tax transcripts and send those in.

Thanks Saylin. Yes, he already called IRS and ordered those forms. And I found out in previous year's VJ posts that you can have them faxed your tax transcripts instead of waiting for the mail to arrive for about 8 days. And the fax copy will do to NVC. But betteryet, we still get the printout from IRS for interview purposes.

Too late I didnt know IRS tax transcripts and Federal tax returns are two different things. Should have I known earlier, I should have advised my husband to use the IRS forms.

Just received the AOS Invoice and DS-3032 by email.

AOS Fee--PAID

DS-3032--Emailed

After I completed the payment, the cover sheet shows up immediately, is this what it looks like? Is this the cover sheet that is to be included in the AOS package?

I thought the cover sheet won't show up until the payment is processed. I am confused, again.

Just do not send out your package until it shows paid cause if you made a mistake and put in wrong acct numbers or their is an error then it might slow things down.

I paid one day and sent the package the next morning without any problems

And do not forget to edit your timeline
