I haven't been checking the page since my husband completed the 260, but it's still letting me sign in now.

You can check the AVR and see if it has been updated (probably not, but you have nothing to loose). As for the taxes, they will not expect to see 2011 returns until after April 15th.

NVC will not contact you when they receive anything.

Thank you! No interview dates in February (duh), but they said to check back after the second week of Feb. to see if we got one in March. Odds? And what's with the 2nd week scheduling only thing? I know you've said before it's not true...but what a weird thing for them to claim...

Make sure you're checking the payment portal and not the site to fill in the DS-261/260. Even after a year, I can still log in.

Make sure you're checking the payment portal and not the site to fill in the DS-261/260. Even after a year, I can still log in.

I really, really hope it's in late March, because I'm already planning on heading up there for spring break, and I could be there for the interview without buying another plane ticket or taking time off from teaching.

Just call NVC and DOS every single day now and hopefully you'll find out soon. Although, if you want a late March interview, you'll probably find out in about 2 weeks.

Yeah, but was it the AOS or IV package that you mailed? (Or both?)

:lol: Only I know is now I am waiting for NVC review it and send our case to Embassy here then get the interview appointment.

150 days for NOA2

2011-06-22 : I-130 Sent

2011-06-24 : I-130 NOA1

2011-11-21 : I-130 Approved

43 days to received the mail from NVC

35 days to completed with the NVC

2012-01-04 : Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill

2012-01-04 : Pay I-864 Bill

2012-01-25 : Returned Packet3

2012-02-02 : Asked for REF

2012-02-06 : REF was sent by Fedex

2012-02-10 : Case completed and Interview date was issued !! really fast

2012-02-24 : Medical exam! Passed!

2012-03-21 : Interview date

2012-03-28 : GOT VISA!!!!!

I will go to the US, see my HUBBY around June 2012 YEY!!

I'm going to send our AOS packet along w/ our IV packet... I put it on 2 different envelopes... I was just wondering, what address to put on fedex envelope do I still need to put attn. or just the address alone... can I put attn: CMR & CMR AOS? i'm a bit confused please help thanks =)

I plan to put I-864 packet and DS-230 packet in 1 folder and send both at once to NVC after paying 2 bills. What is the address and attention i should write on the folder? Thanks

My husband is going to come to the interview, but there's a few days in the end of March when he won't be available: he goes to a conference and his employer already paid for him to attend, hotel fees and stuff... I really hope the dates won't be overlapping.

CR1 Visa

USCIS STAGE: 16 days No expedite request but USC residing abroad
NVC STAGE: 19 days from case # to case complete
03/27/12: interview at Paris embassy - APPROVED
04/12/12: POE San Diego

ROC
01/15/14: sent I-751 application

05/14/14: received card production notification by e-mail, approval date 05/13

Naturalization

02/01/24: N-400 submitted online; Biometrics reuse notice received immediately online; "case being actively reviewed" after a couple hours

02/09/24: received NOA1 by mail

02/10/24: received biometrics reuse notice by mail

04/08/24: interview scheduled for 05/14. Received "We have taken an action in your case" email.

05/14/24: approved at interview, same-day oath ceremony in San Francisco 🥳 🇺🇸

 

Passport

06/10/24: application submitted at post office for passport book and card, paid for expedited processing and shipping

06/24/24: received email notification that passport was approved, then shipped with tracking number

06/25/24: passport received
