Oh yeah, I can only imagine how hard it is to communicate with a 9 hour difference! Thankfully, for me, it was only an hour difference, so not bad at all. I bet you're gonna have jet lag for a few days when you move to the US blink.gif

Well, last October we went to So Cal together and we were going to bed at like 6PM every night for a week. Then it got better, and it was time to go back! The worst was the 11-hour flight... took me some time to get over it. Next time I'd rather have stopovers than go through that again! (Or I'll take sleeping meds).

I got a false RFE for the IV fee yesterday afternoon, despite having paid it on Friday and it already showing up as PAID on the payment portal Monday morning. Seems like even with the process computerized, the left hand still doesn't know what the right is doing!

That's well put

Wow! That's early to go to bed laughing.gif

And 11 hours?! That's a LONG flight. The longest I've been on (not including layovers) was probably 4 or 5 hours (from Pennsylvania to Puerto Rico).

Yeah, it's REALLY long when you can't sleep for a single minute... It was a London-San Diego. I was crying in the end!

And then we got off and it was already dark, and I had to get a rental car and drive 40 min in suburbia, in a country I had never driven before, on freeways with like 8 lanes, with an automatic car - a kind I had never touched before. Trip from hell. Only time I actually raised my voice at my husband, for not renewing his driver's license in time...

Wow, no layovers at all? I don't think I'd be able to do that. One big reason: I have a problem peeing on moving vehicles (especially flying ones!), so I wouldn't be able to last 11 hours blush.gif

And then after all that, you have to drive, in the dark, in a completely new area. I hope you hit your husband after that drive! :P

Well, what I almost hit was an SUV I managed not to see in my mirror... for my defense, it was black, and during the night, you know...

I think hubby got the point. Next time, we'll get a hotel downtown and wait for the next day. Anyway getting his license again is the 1st thing he did going back to the US.

I can tell you that going to the bathroom during an 11-hour non-stop flight is actually enjoyable. You GET UP and MOVE. It feels really good, even better than the on board entertainment system with the 50 or so movies you can chose from!!

blink.gif Glad you didn't hit the SUV or get in any other accident. And glad your husband got the point and got his license laughing.gif

Good point on getting up and moving. Even on my three hour flights, my legs get stiff. And ohhh, I love those on-board entertainment systems! I'm going to be flying back to Canada in June and I can't wait for the flight! I think I'm more excited about flying there than actually visiting family and attending my uncle and aunt's wedding (reason for going)! laughing.gif

That does happen! Seems the voice recording among other things doesn't get updated quickly. Besides they might call an RFE for a missing package when it's on the way by mail. I did get one real RFE though. Otherwise NVC seems pretty quick. Nothing more exciting than "Case Complete" up until that point. :)

Merciiiiii ! I'm so excited!

The Turkish PCC brings me back to reality though... It is almost over IF I finally have it in hand.

So I was wondering, in the email they send for the interview date, do they mention which documents you have to bring to the interview?
