IV package in the mail.

I have a sudden panic attack: the address provided in the shortcuts is correct, isn't it? Attn: CMR? That's what I used and I just realized that no instructions received from NVC actually mentioned it.

Same here. I got access to the Print Coversheet button as soon as we paid. I didn't send anything before the status got to paid though, didn't want to risk have original documents rejected and sent back.

Also same. I have the coversheet in my AOS package now, though the bill is still showing as In Progress. I'm not planning on waiting to send, though; I'll likely send it today. I figure that since we're doing electronic processing, I won't be losing much time if the documents are rejected. What do you think, Saylin?

Lastly, do I really need to put the case number on every page if they're reviewing the document as a single PDF? I can't get my PDF editor to let me insert a text box anyway...

EDIT: oh yes the cover page mentions it. Just a little panic moment :bonk:

As soon as I paid my AOS and IV bills I was able to print the barcode sheets from the receipt pages...as in 5 minutes after I set up the payment.

Is that not normal?

I've noticed a few people mention it over the last few minutes. Despite it being available before the bill shows PAID, I personally wouldn't send it until the bill clears.

AOS Packaged delivered to NVC on 01/13 and IV Package in the mail and on the way to NVC...Barring any unforseen probs, How many days does it take NVC to complete case

Grats on both packages being sent out! The time for a CC varies. Could be a few days after they get your last package, or it could be a few weeks. Just keep calling NVC every single day to get an update.

The correct address is on the bar-coded cover sheet that you printed out from the payment portal. I believe it's Attn: CMR, but I never mailed my packages so...

Your reasoning is good, since you're doing EP, if something does go wrong with the bill, then you didn't lose any documents or money sending the package. Hopefully by the time they get to your email, the bill is cleared and says PAID.

For an EP case, I guess it doesn't really need to have a case number on each page, since if they actually lose anything, they can just re-print from your email (if they print stuff out, not sure how EP works). I, myself, put case numbers on each page digitally through Adobe Acrobat Pro. But it's not needed if you don't want to do it.

Yup, they can be mailed in the same package. Lots of people do it. And yes, make sure they're in separate envelopes and marked properly.

I sent them in the same package but I didn't put them in separate envelopes.. Is this gonna be a problem?? They are assembled like they should be and each one has the barcode sheet attached to the front.

If you have the bar-coded cover sheets on the front of each one, then it might be okay. It would just be easier for NVC if they were in separate envelopes.

Well, my IV package tracking estimated delivery date is next Wednesday so it would have to be really quick. Before the end of the month would be great! I'll just try to relax and be patient, and send good vibes to the Turkish consulate of course!!
