No, go to the link above and search for your Service Center with your Zipcode or State. If you are in Hawaii, then it's going to be the California Service Center.

If this is your initial correspondence (129F) with USCIS, you should use the Dallas Lockbox address. That is where the petition will be sent. The Service Center will be assigned later. I realize that you may be able to determine with some accuracy as to which Service Center it may be sent, but USCIS can and sometimes does send Petitions to OTHER Service Centers based on workload and manpower.

Thank you for the Replies,. but I am still confused,. Yes!! this is with the 1-129F which is I am assembling right now to be submitted in Dallas Lock box,.

and in my Fiancee letter of Intent

(USCIS service center address)
