Timeline section improved to work with "all" visas.

Premium processing added as entry field and filter in timeline view (Form I-129 and I-140)

Additional Regional forums added to help facilitate communication

The forums post edit time limit is now 10 min (from 5)

Igor's List now works for F-2A Visa types.

Timeline processing stats on main page now include I-751 and N-400 information. AP and EAD dates now are estimated form NOA date (not sent date).

EAD and AP stats images updated to show "sent" date to "noa" date, "noa" date to "approved" date.
