HI ALL..

I HAVE B1 VISA FOR 5 YRS

USUALLY I GET 3 MONTHS STAY IN IMMIGRATION CHECK

BUT I ask ..what to do legally to stay longer period or work or have some business in states ?like florida exactly ?

specially that i don't have project for marriage there now?

thanks

A B1 visa is NOT for work. But if you don't believe this, just tell our border officials the next time you arrive in my country that you want to stay longer so you can work longer.....(p.s. bring a long novel with you because the round trip flight back to India is a long one)

You may NOT work on a B1 visa. they are good for 90 days for business or pleasure. Business meaning attending meetings, work conferences etc, NOT paid work in the US. Being good for 5 years does not mean you can stay in the US for 5 years, it means the visa itself can be used for 5 years for trips of 90 days or less.
