Well sent my file November i am currently waiting for a response to my expedite request my wife made for our case. I am pretty sure we will be approved for Officer MINA, responsabible for expediting case, called my wife and tell her to have her doctor sent a letter instead of a simple note. Thurday the hospital fax medical information about my wife to immigration after her authorization. So we are waiting for next week. Now my question is as my wife will be 3 month pregnant January 15th :

1) will she have to provide tax transcript of 2011 when we are at NVC step? we expect NVC this January if we got approved for the expedite.

2) She already has a son who is 6 years old and was not on her income tax paper but i am sure he will included in her household size. Now will the baby that she is pregnant of be included as well which will make her househould 3? Me, the boy, and the baby inside of her.

Your help is much appreciated. Thank you

2/10/2012------- AOS fee bill paid ( status: in progress)

2/14/2012-------- AOS fee bill shows " PAID" and IV fee bill invoiced

2/16/2012-------- IV fee bill shows " PAID"

2/17/2012-------- IV package sent via USPS

2/24/2012-------- IV package reviewed and accepted

3/27/2012-------- AOS checklist express mailed via USPS

Probably not as it would be unlikely she will have filed. Furthermore, I have seen other VJ'ers post that it wouldn't be expected until after April 15th.

Her current household size would be: her, you, and her 6 year old son for a total of 4. The baby she is carrying will not count until it is born.

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal
