k so im curious. im going to school to become CNA at the moment, so i wont have any income...

can i have a co-sponsor? and if so, do i have to fill out anything saying as to why i can sponsor my fiance?

and what form would the co-sponsor have to fill out? because just by looking i have gotten a lot of different answers.

i just dont want to do anything wrong..

Yes you can use a co-sponsor, but you are still the primary sponsor. You still need to fill in the I-134, and your co-sponsor will fill one in too. You both need 3 years tax return as well as paystubs and ideally a letter from the employer. No need for a letter of explanation, but if you haven't files taxes at all you need to write a letter, explaining why.

What kind of different answers have you gotten? They may have been refering to other countries.

Like I said, you both fill in a I-134.

Since you never worked, you were not required to file taxes. So instead of tax documents, you will send a one paragraph letter explaining why you didn't file (ie student, noit even a part-time job, no income, thus not required to file as per IRS guidelines)- make sure it includes your original signature.

and okay, so do we both fill out the i134? does my co sponsor do anything different than me?

alas, one more question, what if my co sponsor doesnt have the most recent tax return?

im so scared they are going to deny us because of this

Your co sponsor will have to carry the load for everyone if there is no income, this is not my area of expertise, i did this at 60 not 18, do some research here on sponsorship and find some in your same predicament. Sounds tough to me.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

They can request the free tax transcripts from the IRS.....for free. Do a Google search. The free transcripts are actually better documentation than sending in the tax return forms....and they're FREE.

okay. thanks, but i dont think you realize that i didnt ask the same exact question, please dont do that again. it doesnt bother anyone that i post twice, i dont post that much at all, and i am very oblivious to this and i want all the answers i can get so i can get my fiance back here. so, i could care less about having two posts that are the same topic, i just want my fiance back.

so, again.

I JUST STARTED WORKING SO I WONT HAVE ANY TAX RETURNS. what do i do?

that was my main question. and if i dont have a job at the time how do i fill out the paper work? and how does it differ from the co-sponsors?

please, just someone help me

I-134 only requires copies of tax returns IF a person is self-employed according to the instructions: Section: Supporting Evidence , sub-section C. -and then only a copy of the LAST tax return filed (not three years), and it states a copy of the return not a transcribe for the IRS.

Sub-section B, requests a letter on business stationery if you are employed with the required details of employment.

Thats what I thought.... All the Answers were assumptions. It's the begginning of the year. I'm not sure until your licensed but a Certified Nursing Assistant is Only a 9 week Course and take a test and pay a Fee.

A CNA will make more than Poverty LInes by far and be required to work So much Overtime ( Double Shifts) Most are Union and require Double time on Holidays. Being a CNA is not a job everyone wants to do, but the sick and elderly require 24 Hour Care. It is a Good job with a Future.

You just Filed your 129-F and you have lots of time before the interview to show Pay Stubs at that time. (About 7 or 8 Months from now) Your in a good position.. I'm sorry everyone assumed you were an adult but in fact your are (were) a minor.

My indication was when I seen your Time-line. LOL hahaaahhhaaa.

CNA's have a good future (Anything in Healthcare) Be pre-pared to adjust to working 50 Hours or more per week.

GOOD LUCK TO YOU
