Hello Guys!

It's been a long time I try to get into my account on the USCIS website, but always appears an error message. This annoys me deeply because I do not know if it's an internal problem with the site in my account or my browser / internet.

I am sending a link to the photo that appears and ask you: This also happens with you?

Thank you!

it could be your browser. However, you state your NOA1 was August. I would call to check status and see if the case was sent to NVC for processing. You may be into the next phase. if the case is closed, you will also get that same error.

If it's USCIS website, Then no it doesn't get that error even if the case is moved onto NVC/consulate. I am 6 1/2 months past interview and can still log onto the USCIS website and get our information. It's an error with something.

Call USCIS 1 (800) 375-5283 and ask about your case. You need your NOA1 receipt number

Incorrect. Even after the visa is issued you can still log onto USCIS site and your petition information will be there.

Is possible you checked the website when the server was down, and your browser is just displaying the cached copy of the webpage. If using Internet Explorer: Go to "tools/Internet options" and press the button to delete browsing history. There also could be a problem with your security certificates since that page uses HTTPS. To clear those go to "Tools/Options", press the "Content" tab at the top, and then press the "Clear SSL State" button. Close and re-open the browser and try again.

Technically that error originates and is a problem on the server, but it also can be caused by old info/certificates (as noted above), or how you interact with the server. Be carefully that you don't use a foreign character font/set when typing in the username/password. The server could interpret foreign characters as a syntax error vs. a bad username and return the same error......

OK, enough with the techno geek stuff..... Good Luck

Looks to be a browser error. Clear your cache, history and such.
