Mail it to the address on the form based on where you live. They will transfer it for you and you should receive your NOA1 directly from California in 7-21 days.

My application was received in Texas and 7/8 days later (I have 2 dates - the USCIS website says 7 days, my I797C I got in the mail says 8) I got my NOA1 from Cali.

Yep, straight to CSC! Most seem to receive the NOA1 in a couple weeks.

keep an eye on your check or money order, if thats cashed, you should get the noa1 a few days later. although some folk have had their noa1 without the check being cashed.

the noa1 can take upto a month, sometimes longer...

but most gets theirs in a couple of weeks.
