Mmm, well OP. If I was the OP I'd have many questions and suspicions - I think we all would. In his first post he discussed 2,000 minutes of cell phone usage in just a week or so of her arrival plus an enormous amount of time his fiance spent on the internet.

BUT, in his first post he also expressed concerns about reporting her actions to USCIS in fear of having a difficult time adjusting status if she should happen to reappear and they were to get married.

Some people just will not take advice, no matter how sound it is and that rests squarely on the OP's shoulders. He has been warned about her motives and some experienced members predicted the fiance's reappearance once she figured out she had screwed up her green card opportunity.

OP - If you question your fiance's motives then it is time to cut your losses and go your seperate ways. If you are blind to what's happened, go back and read your first post. If you are NOT questioning your fiance's motives we can't save you.

I did not catch all the drama, but there are many of us here in what have proven to be genuine relationships with foreign spouses who came as fiancees and I can tell you that the behavior described is not consistent with a sincere woman who is in love with you and wants to be your wife forever. Period. They ALL have anxiety about a new place, new language, new everything, completely and abruptly changed lifestyle, but they do not run away. That is not rational, logical or acceptable behavior for a sincere person. Simply is not.

If she is not sincere it means that eventually, sooner or later, you will need to get over her and get on with life. Better sooner than later.

You are a big boy, do as you will.

Exactly...

To come to a new country is of course a life changing circumstance. To be homesick and have difficulties adjusting happenes, but to just run off without even discussing the situation with the USC fiance is inexcusable.

Everything the OP posted in his first post and now this one points to disaster, but as Gary stated, the OP is a big boy and he will do what he wants to do, despite warnings from others who have seen or read it all on these boards.

The fact that he'd be willing to take her back may be an indication as the OP's character (or lack thereof). It's his life... and he can't say he wasn't warned.

I suggest you wait a bit to marry her. See how she reacts, does she really push you to marry and file for her green card or is she understanding of your doubts based on her leaving you 3 weeks after she arrived. What reason did she give for just leaving with no note or anything, turning her phone off, and rejecting your emails? That doesn't sound like someone who is have doubts or trouble adjusting, that sounds like someone who says "Ah, I'm in the USA now it's time to dump the idiot who brought me here".

Sounds like she realized she needs you to get the green card. Once you are married, even if you don't support her filing for AOS (by refusing to file the affidavit of support) she can claim you abused her and obtain her green card that way. So give it some time before you make the leap and discover what her real reasons for being with you are.

I'm thinking the young fiance came back to have her AOS done by marrying you. And immediately after she got what she wanted, she disappears again.

Her sudden good moral now( just as u stated) is as a result of what she needed. I do not see any future with a young immigrant to leave so sudden after few weeks of her arrival. Be very careful and watchful of her dealings. Don't be carried away with any sudden changes in her characters. Be wise!

I noticed my fiancees visa is Oct 31 2011 to Apr 26 2012

Why is the stay period longer then the 90 days?

So she can stay here until Apr 26th if we do not get married within 90 days?

Has anyone got married at like 150 days? And get the fiancee approved to be resident status afterwards?

i remember this post too.. did u knw she had this "cousin" b4? i wont even suggest marry her b4 90 days at all. first, hv her refund the $340, then let her pay for a new I-130 petition as shein continues to show u she has changed.

anyways, its up to OP.. let him go ahead, we all need a laugh later on, rite? cuz da first post we felt sad for him, so in few months we can laugh at him and if we're wrong, we're da clowns.

Allow me to please copy and paste a wise reply from TBoneTX that you received from your previous post - you know.. the one where she left you after 3 weeks and didn't know anyone in the states? Ran up 2000 minutes to guys? If you continue with this, she is entitled to 50% of what you own for the NEXT 10 YEARS while she is with another man once her green card is received. :bonk:

"Sir, if you do anything BUT file notifications with USCIS, ICE, the consulate, and your local police department, you'll be suckered.

Your ex (and that's what she is) has moved out and broken off all contact with you. The relationship, and any chance thereof, is over. The only remaining possibilities are that she will hijack your finances (now) or return with a sob-story and plead to get back together with you (later). In the latter instance, she'll milk you until she gets her conditional green card, and then she'll be gone so fast that she'll resemble Speedy Gonzalez on a caffeine high. Avoid being an idiot.

If you haven't taken steps to protect your finances, credit, and residence yet, you're halfway toward being an idiot. If you accept ANY communication from her, you'll be a full idiot.

1. Notify the authorities and your financial institutions as highest priority.

2. Take her leftover possessions, put them into storage (keeping an itemized list, and ideally photographs of everything), and notify her family where to collect it (keeping a copy of the e-mail or written message of your having notified them).

3. Accept no direct communication from her under any circumstances.

4. Quit looking back; look ahead; and move on. Si, man? "
