Why do you want to print conversation history at this time? The I-129F petition process only requires proof of meeting in person within the last two years, doesn't require any proof of ongoing relationship, that is for later.

As for printing the conversation you could do a simple copy/paste into a word processor and then print it from there.

NOT ALWAYS TRUE. I-129F petitions that are going to U.S. consulates in high-fraud countries often require front-loading with "evidence of bona fide relationship." The beneficiary can appear at the consulate for the interview, and the consul may refuse to accept evidence that is brought, then issue a 221g or refuse the visa outright for "not enough evidence."

In fact, front-loading is an excellent idea when one will eventually deal with ANY consulate, if the relationship has "red flags" that ought to be addressed.

I personally wish that Manila filers (and there have been many such) would quit automatically assuming that what works for the Manila embassy will work everywhere. People dealing with other consulates who follow such advice could end up in deep trouble that takes months or years -- and thousands of dollars -- to correct.

That said, the OP's beneficiary is not in a high-fraud country, so unless there are red flags in that particular relationship, front-loading should not be required. Read the "embassy info" and "embassy reviews" (clickable atop every VJ page) for specific information about the U.S. embassy in The Netherlands.

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I did not use any of our Skype records in our I-129F and interview.

Just the boardingpasses of all of our trips, emails, photos(in a word document), receipts and any document that stated that we did trips together.

But frontloading the I-129Fwith information is smart because the more info they have the less questions they might ask!!!!!

Good Luck with your Journey

Well Said !

I initially followed the advice of several PI VJ'ers that assured me that front-loading wasn't necessary. :bonk:

Thank God that some Viet Nam filers jumped in and saved me from a possible denial.

This gets asked quite frequently. The older versions of Skype used to have an export function, but it was deleted on the latest versions (Which almosrt everyone is using). There are several third party script programs that perform a similar export function. I am going to be testing some of these scripts over the weekend and will post the results.

That is the ACTUAL visa process, after the approval of the petition (I-129F), two different process actually with a common goal.

I'm not assuming anything as I know well what A$$-U-ME does. The instructions for the I-129F are pretty clear and it does not require proof of an ongoing relationship - no matter what country. No assumptions, just simply reading the instructions for the I-129F.

The rest is personal opinion.

Was not trying to slam you and realize that you meant well, but your advice could cost someone dearly. The consulate in Viet Nam and several other countries follow different criteria on what is acceptable as evidence of a relationship, and we are scrutinized to a level that doesn't scratch the surface of what you will experience. Yes the consulates have to follow the same rules, but the CO's in high fraud countries are given a very broad discretionary brush in making a decision. It would be like showing up at job interview in a t-shirt, you may have filled out the application properly and followed the rules but you still wont get the job as the interviewer used his discretionary preference for people in suits.

Front loading the Petition is a strategy that has very little to do with the petition itself, and we realize that this type of evidence is not required by USCIS. They will simply pass the evidence through to the Consulate, a desirable action in our particular situation. We front load to pre-place the evidence of the relationship into the hands of the CO PRIOR to the interview, and by doing so increase the odds of receiving a pink slip. In Viet Nam in particular the decision to approve is often made prior to the interview, and that decision is largely based on the supporting evidence already included in the petition. Lack of any supporting evidence of the relationship is often met with a blue slip, and places a huge burden on the beneficiary to "ace" the interview in front of a doubtful CO. With a front loaded Petition the CO has time to digest the info and feel more comfortable with the case, and this places less emphasis on the interview itself.

When I sent my I129F Petition last May I was sending it with the Intention that the Consulate would eventually review my case File, so i did front Load mine with that thought in mind. I have seen people from the philippines who went through the Interview Process say that at the Consulate Stage they have observed when first Interviewed by Pre-Screener noted that saw the pink Slip of Approval already Attached to thier File. Some have stated they saw during the 2nd interview with the CO the little Pink Slip. All i know is what I read about that as we are about to finally go through the Interview process. My Petition was Aprroved in "74" days but I doubt front loading had anything to do with it, I just had things really organized and just plain

LUCK"!!

But I did Front Load mine and I am Glad I did. But different Stroked for Different Folks!

In the Philippines it would be an option, but with Viet Nam and several other countries it's critical.

Wouldnt you Agree the PI is a High Fraud Country too??

Well, if you asked me several months ago I would have said "Yes". Since then I have been told by other VJ members, including many PI filers, that the Consulate in the PI is fairly tame.

It surprised me too, but then again I remember the days of Subic Bay and Clark AB when marriage fraud was fairly common.
