At what stage?

If your petition gets denied, say because you didn't send the money for the fee then yes. If you get denied at interview, then no. It goes into a fault somewhere and they will look at it again if you re-apply.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

If u get denied for IR-/CR-1 visa do they send the packet back to you with documents?

The fact that you are even doubting your case is reason enough for you to prepare diligently so that i does not get denied.

Do it the right the first time np matter how difficult it is otherwise you will have to go through this all over again. and thats no fun... no no no
