sources of evidence = samples of communication between your fiancee and you between the date of filing and the date of her interview. My new evidence will include Skype chat printouts, yahoo emails, phone records, Western Union money transfers (only if they ask), and in my case ... additional trip details and new photos ( I am very lucky to get to go again in 18 days ! and spending my time with her at this resort - > http://www.360cities.net/image/bohol-amorita-resort-philippines#28.75,1.02,70.0 )

That's Amorita Resort Bohol.

Gotcha, yeah I'm aware of the new evidence I must collect from the time I mailed my I-129F packet. But why not include the money transfers regardless? Cuz I sent in money transfers from xoom as I feel that's great proof of being in a relationship! Yeah, I guess you can call me lucky too. I'm going back in a few days and will be with my baby for nearly 2 months & I'm taking her to Boracay (again), Bicol (again), and CEBU! (shh dont tell her) Cant wait to spend great time with her, she's an awesome girl and def. the ONE for me!!

I too signed up for text/e-mail and was obsessive about checking USCIS website for status updates. No changes no touched notices, basically I saw a whole lot of nothing! On 12-20-11 our notice arrived in the mail. The official notice date was 12-15-11. On 12-23-11 I got text & email stating change in status. I liked that it was a surprise in the mail. Even though I was expecting it, I wasn't expecting it. I know that doesn't seem to make sense, but that is the only way I can describe it.

Where would I get the EAC from? I just mailed my initial packet...

EAC if you're at Vermont Service Center, WAC if you're at California Service Center. You will know which one when you'll receive your NOA1. BTW, think of updating your timeline when you'll know it, because Texas Service Center doesn't process K1 and is different to the Texas lockbox where you sent your package. :)

I never received any touches and a lot of VJers will tell you that it's not a reliable system. I was notified by a text message that a decision was made and then I happened to look on my phone and received the NOA2 via email. It took a day or 2 for USCIS' website to update the status.

Good luck to you.
