It looks very similiar to what I am submitting. I have added letters from his mother and my mother and a friend of both of ours. These letters were certified. I also included everything I submitted for the Affidavit of Support and tax transcripts. Also, include cards and envelopes that we sent to one another.

BTW: how did you print the skype history

Binder 4 is not required for that stage, however you can pre-load if you want. It will be needed only during interview, other then that you are good to go.

Looks good.. I think a photo copy of passport with stamped entry date at airport on those visits should be included. Might decrease chance of RFE. The affidavit from friends or families not a bad idea to include. Or are u including pics with just you two?

binder 4 can help..how do u think they can get email addy of beneficiary? Dont make it too much though. I didnt put a ring receipt.

also why include applicants employment at all? Its the petition that would provide affidavit of support and employment records at a later stage.

Do NOT use binders, it will only complicate things at he center, they will bust it all up anyway and when they have to overhandle your papers, there is a chance something will get lost.

Just use binder clips, paper clips and rubber bands. Don't need to make it pretty. They don't care about that.

make sure your court paperwork is certified by the court. or at the very least has a judges signature.

go to your bank and have your copies notarized in your binders. (your bank should do this for free.)

make sure the copies of your passport are notarized.

Make 3 copies of the letter of intent and have them notarized for your records. (You may get an RFE on this and good to have extra copies.)

Make copies of all of your forms. 1) good to have for records if getting RFE. 2) your fiancee will need these for embassy and any local government needs. (like Philippines CFO)

Wish you the best of luck. The journey is just starting.... how exciting for you.

Save Binder 4 for the interview, unless you're front loading. What consulate will your case be forwarded to? Some countries require front loading, other do not.

Also, as people stated...do not use binders or staples. The butterfly clips work fine. If your petition is too large, you can also use the 2 prong file fastener (which is what I used).

You do not need to have anything notarized at the petition stage. ... Well, maybe for some consulates you would need to (which is why it'd be helpful if you told us which one you'll be going through). I had letters from several family members, a few bank statements to correspond with credit bought on skype, etc, did *not* include any chat logs ... none of them were notarized...and I received my NOA2 with no RFEs.

Where is the beneficiary from as embassy requirements do differ. For example it is unheard of to be asked for evidence of ongoing relationship at london.

your a# follows you for the rest of your life. It is like your social security number. If asked for it, you have to provide it where asked on the forms. on the i-129f, you would place in Part A-8b since you are the petitioner. Not having it there can cause an RFE at the very least, rejection is also possible since you omitted a key piece of information in the document. Best of luck to you.
