I have a question regarding the filling process for the I-134. I am currently working and don't make enough income to support my fiance. The part I am confuse and need help on is what does my father fill out regarding as a co sponsor. Do we both have to fill out i-134 and the only difference is that I fill out I-864 and his I-864a. We're both confuse and he's been asking me as if I knew the answer...as of right now I receive a notice that my I-129f has been approve and is heading to the NVC. I made copies of my income tax return including w-2 also my father of the pass 3 recent years. This my other question, for my tax return I only have 2006, 2007 and 2010. 2008 and 2009 I didn't have because I wasn't working at the time, is it necessary for me to submit my tax return that way or just 2010 while filling out the form i-134 and i-864. I also will have the letter from my employer and my bank statement from chase of when my account open etc. I've been trying to follow the guide but I'm currently lost and confuse because I have a co sponsor involve not sure which is the right way to do this.
