There isn't much we can do it really needs to be your attorney We have advised you as much as we can but your case is now complicated... you have to get a really good attorney to get this straightened out. If you have one and they aren't much help get another one! A REALLY GOOD ONE!!!

You will need a good lawyer.

You wrote and signed a confession or admission of guilt to the Government and now you want to take it back.

They banned you for life.

Get a good lawyer and I wish you the best

Congrats on your marriage

How did you have a fiance interview in Oct and He did not get a divorce till December 2011?

And when did you marry him if he just got a divorce?

And you should not have applied for K3 it is just like fiance

The first interview was tough in your opinion and the second one will be even tougher. You have to overcome a lifetime ban and that statement you claim was made under duress will most certainly be brought up.

You need to get all your facts and dates straight, sit down with your lawyer so you can go through all the facts again with him/ her and your husband should accompany to the interview.

Make sure your lawyer is experienced in immigration law and in particular waivers, previous denials etc.

Good luck

anybody do not know something about my case

I think your husband should hire an attorney from USA and you should provide your attorney all documentary prove that when his divorce is final and you guys are married. That attorney will contact the Embassy in Islamabad and provide all documents. You also need to send an email @ PakIVInfo@state.gov and describe this situation, make sure you mention your case number, Best of Luck.
