My husband does not understand college transcripts so what does he ask for in Arabic?

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

Hmmmm that sounds like a strange RFE. Is your english strong or poor? You seem to write and understand perfectly! Sometimes I think USCIS gets bored and just wants to slow people down or something and give strange requests.

Thank you for your help. I hope you get through NVC and get an interview soon.

you need a translated certified birth cert for the NVC and the embassy (in case NVC lost it)

I thought nabaabdurrahman and others say no translations are needed... unless they are not in native language where interview will take place?

i have got RFE to send them my school transcripts ,when and where did i learn english

I'm confused. Since when do you need proof that you speak or have learned English?!
