My fiance was placed in AP status due to not enough proof of bonefide evidence. He got a 221g notice to return petition back for further review, but where I am confused at is when I call NVC they keep saying that the case is still pending and the consulate still havnt made a decision on my case yet. Why is that if my case is suppose to return for further review then why is NVC saying that its pending. I am asking because i dont want to get my hopes up here thats Why am asking for everyones opinion. Is it maybe that the consulate may hold it there and review it and then call my fiance in for a second interview?

hey girl do u know if uscis has your file ..because all that is saying is that it is still active which is good my question is it still in Jamaica after a month plz ask them the next time because that is where the longgg wait comes in i just want to know it left if it is gona be returned did u here from uscis that they received it yet did u try writing the embassy...by the way did they look at ur fiance evidence at all...just keep praying girl...we have to just do that ...

One of two things are probably happening. They could be doing a field investigation. That is where they send out a local employee to ask in the neighborhood about your husband. Or they are sitting on the return , Lagos sits on returns for 3 months usually not sure about your embassy

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
